The RICC provides principals with an efficient and full range of services to insurance industries in relation to all aspects of insurance casualty/accident.

These services include those rendered to property insurers and those rendered to life insurers (OTAI), such as survey and investigation, adjustment and claims management, recovery, defense, company registry and credit chasing etc.

Survey and Investigation

Whenever accidents happened, the first thing is to appoint a reliable person to carry out necessary survey and investigation, to give a fair appraisal of loss and damage, to relay all information necessary for analysis and to advise for correct action. The RICC has always been dedicated to providing this type of expertise, we can contribute significantly to the risk management strategy and reduce the total cost of risk.

The RICC provide full range of survey and investigation to insurance casualty and insured properties, these include but not confined to the following items:

Hull machinery and cargo: damage survey in ships collision/contact and grounding, oil pollution and environmental damage, hull and machinery condition survey pre and during insurance coverage, draft survey, loading/discharging supervision, damage survey to cargo. Where there is damage survey, the RICC would provide a fair appraisal to the salvage value.

Other Property: this service includes survey to all insured properties such as machinery, vehicles, computer and electronic equipment, chemical and other materials.

Special Investigations and consultancy: the RICC provides special services at request, such as investigation/chasing company's managerial/financial and credit status.

Claims adjustment and management
General average, particular average adjustment, claims management and settlement. In this respect of services rendered, the RICC have the best team of staffs who have rich experience in claims adjustment and prepare an accurate and efficient adjustment.

Recovery, defense, consultant and other related services
Representing principals to negotiate with claimants or party responsible or relevant government, handling cases till representing clients in arbitration and litigation.
